Yes, I know Kardio is actually spelled with a C. Just having a little fun. This hiit workout is in a Tabata format, so it has shorter round and rest time. It is also broken into 3 separate sets. Get a quick warm-up in and light stretching before starting this workout.
Here is the workout breakdown; Each set has 8 rounds total, so each move repeated 4 times, and it will be 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest.
1st Set
A- Forward/Back Hop Squat to Burpee
B- Alternating Round Kick to Curtsy Lunge
2nd Set
A- Skater w/ Vertical Leap
B- Starburst Jacks
3rd Set
A- Chair Donkey Kicks
B- Single Leg Chair Dips
Finish with a cool down and stretching.
