This is a hiit workout, or high intensity interval training. You will get a great workout in a short amount of time as long as you are really pushing yourself. There are five moves that you will be repeating 3 times, going for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in-between each one. Here are the five moves;
1. Side Jump Lunge/ Knee & Elbow Cross Body
2. 5 Bicycle/ 5 Clam Shell w/weight
3. Forward Jump Spin
4. Side Plank Pull & Side Knee to Elbow Touch
5. 3 Side Lunge w/Shoulder Press *alt. sides
