This is a 15 minute hiit workout that is going to work your entire body and help you burn through calories. Get your warm up in, then you can either follow along with me, or write the workout down and do on your own time. If you're doing on your own, set your interval timer for 15 rounds, doing 45 second round time, and 15 second rest time. Here are the 5 moves that we will be doing 3 sets of:
1. 10 High Knees + 10 Mountain Climbers
2. Cross Body Touch V-Up
3. Swimming Push-UPs
4. Sumo Drop x3, Floor to Ceiling Squat Jumps x3
5. One Leg Bridge Lift x5 *alt. sides
Finish with a cool down and do lots of stretching.
