Before starting this workout, get a quick warm-up in and some light stretching. This is a 15 minute hiit workout that consists of 5 moves that you will repeat in 3 sets. If you are writing the workout down and doing on your own time, you will set your interval timer for 15 rounds total, and doing 45 second work, or round time, and 15 second rest. Here are the moves:
1. Low Jack w/ Side Leg Raise
2. Butterfly / Competition Sit-Up Combo
3. 10 High Knees & 2 Commando Push-Ups
4. V-Up Touching Opposite Hand to Foot
5. Half Burpee & Side to Side Lunge
When you complete this workout, finish off with cool down and lots of stretching.
