For this 15 minute hiit workout, really focus on your form and control the movements. You will feel the burn in your muscles, and finish off feeling great. Get a quick warm up with some fluid stretching before starting into this one. Here is the workout breakdown. There are 5 moves that will be repeated into 3 sets. Each move is performed for 45 seconds with short 15 second rest periods in between. Here are the moves;
1. Forward Lunge Hop
2. Center Heal Reach & Side to Side Crossed Crunch
3. 3 Count Low Curtsy Lunge
4. Reverse Crunch to Candle
5. 3 Plank Jack to Push-Up
Finish off with a cool down and more stretching and/or foam rolling.
