For this High Intensity Interval Training workout, you will be blasting calories and also strengthening up your entire body as well. There are 5 moves for this workout that you will be repeating 3 times, doing each for 45 seconds, with a short 15 second rest in-between each one. Here are the 5 moves;
1. Jump Lunge / Back Leg Kick-Up
2. Leaning Tuck Abs
3. 2 Sumo Squat & Push-Up
4. Lateral Lunge & Shuffle
5. Synchronized Swimming Abs
Finish with a cool down and stretch to keep your muscles from tightening up.
