HPD were dispatched to Major Accident in the 2500 Blk of Ideal Street, Once Arrived at the scene Officers located a white Nissan Altima with the rear wheels in the air sitting on the trunk of a gold Pontiac , One witness stated both drivers were at the McDonalds near North Freeway and N Main where some type of altercation took place and both drivers began arguing, one Driver tried to leave the area but was followed by the white Nissan at a high rate of speed when both drivers turned into a neighboring street ,that’s when the white Nissan passed the gold Pontiac swerved in front of the Pontiac causing the Nissan to roll onto its side and land on the rear of Pontiac.The driver of the Nissan was Arrested and Charged with the intent and Assault with a Motor Vehicle.
