Houston Police were Dispatched to a MVA on the Gulf Fwy southbound over Main Street- According to the Driver in the victims vehicle His self along with his passenger had just left a local club and started having an argument when the male passenger became very upset opened his door and jumped out the vehicle where he was immediately struck by another vehicle traveling in the same direction , A citizen pulled over and began CPR but to no avail...The passenger Male victim was pronounced dead at the scene , The Driver of the victims vehicle was detained and giving a Field Sobriety Test and Later released at the scene , The Driver of the striking vehicle did not suffer any major injuries, Unknown if any charges will be filed, The investigation is ongoing.
